- 1 / 5By John Brown18:30 November 1st 2016, I try to buy cigarettes. RHE GIY BEHIND The COUNTER ASKS For ID which I hand to him. He looks at the date, can't figure how old I am, and proceeds to scan the ID. When he cannot scan it (Barcode damaged) he tells me he can't sell it. I ask why he needs to scan it when the date is on the front, he tells me "it's the employees choice because that's the rule". I try to explain that if it's a choice then it's not a rule that it has to be scanned. This foreigner decides to tell me "I can't explain it to someone like you" calling me an idiot.
This store has been dirty tons of times and always has cashiers that can't even speak fluent English let alone understand the difference between requirement and discretion.
If you go here, be prepared to deal with idiocy and rudeness.September 03, 2016
