  The food here was great, but because of a mix up with cards, I will never eat here again. Three of us, myself, mother, and husband, went out for lunch and paid with 3 cards, my card was charged twice, and when I called the restaurant to ask them to fix it, they told me unless I came in with the other two members for lunch to rectify the payment, they would not return my money.
  
  Obviously I don't want to take money away from the restaurant, however this was 100% their mistake, and I don't appreciate them holding my refund hostage. I have never been treated so coldly at a restaurant for their error before. Usually if this happens, the restaurant immediately removes the charge, and asks if the person who didn't pay, can (usually by calling). It's civilized and a risk on the restaurant's part, sure, but it's their error and they should take responsibility for it. This restaurant was rude and was practically making an effort to not be helpful. We couldn't do anything over the phone, and if I wanted a refund I'd have to drive back to the restaurant with all three people and they'd give me cash after everything was sorted out. I will never eat here again.
