  I have to say I have never had more atrocious service in any restaurant experience in my entire life.
  
  Our "servers" name was Nancy. She ignored our party for nearly 45 minutes- even after someone went up to get her. She still took another 15 minutes to show up. She knew our entire party was there and that someone had to get back to work-did that inspire her for faster service? No. Had Nancy gone any slower she would have been going backwards. Heaven forbid if you needed your drink refilled- oh wait she came by to offer refills after she left the check and we were getting ready to leave.
  
  I actually resented that I left her any tip. It did not seem like there was any manager there or any employee that actually gave a hoot.
  
  As for the food. Well it was mediocre. Not sure how food we waited forever for was cold. My eggs were a congealed lump. 2 1/2 hours for lunch, and it is not because we lingered.
  
  It had been years since I had eaten at a Cocos and it will take a lifetime for me to forget today's experience.
