  The place is small and awkward, but it's in a great area and there is validated parking behind. I like grabbing a scoop and walking up and down ventura.

  The ice cream is delightful as always but the employees are relatively unfriendly and seem a bit miserable. I went out of my way to tip them because I feel for anyone in food service but I never received a smile or thank you. I mean, maybe they didn't notice and that's fine, but you'd expect a smile or thank you as a matter of course at some point during your time there. Instead they just looked tortured. Like they were working in the worst place on earth. Like poor poor ice cream slaves.

  Not the best customer service. I have been coming here for years and always got my frequent card stamp for a free icecream after I purchase 10. I hace two cards filled and now that I'm going to redeem it they wont take it because they said they don't take it anymore that is not right if they were not going to take it then why stamp my card 20 different time i feel that they do not take care of there customer by making me think one thing when they were planing another. The girl would not give me thw info to headquaters or managers name because according to her that was private information
