Waited 30 minutes before asking the waiter for an estimate, but she had no real answer. Asked again for an estimate 15-20 minutes later -- still nothing. It was a busy Friday night, so it was excusable. Asked the waiter again another 15-20 minutes later, and she comes back to tell us the chef tossed the order in the garbage. We asked for the manager, who happened to be standing right next to her at the time, but he didn't have much to say. No attempt to say "I'm sorry," or "we'll make it up to you." We walked out (two others and myself), and found another 4-star sushi spot right across the street, which turned out to be great, and the service was fast.
Needless to say, we won't be coming back. Best Korean (owner/manager is Korean) sushi spot ever.November 27, 2016
