I order the pizza and made specific instructions to come through the alley, because there is no access to my house from the street, the pizza left the store at 5:58 and it is now 6:58 and I have not gotten my pizza, when I called the store they said 5 minutes twice then the 3rd time i was pissed because it had been 45 minutes since the pizza was supposed to be here and the man on the phone was rude and would not tell me where my pizza was, Finally at 7:00 the pizza guy showed up with semi-cold pizza. NEVER ordering from this dominoes again, I had to pay full price for a semi-cold pizza that was over an hour late.

If could give it a 0 star I would I am appalled by the way I was discriminated by a shift supervisor . I have a been a loyal customer so many years and I they delivered in my apartment complex. This girl who she said her name was Alicia she stated "WE DON'T DELIVER IN THE PROJECTS BECAUSE IT IS DANGEROUS!!!".I am like wait a minute only because I live here does not mean all of us are criminals there are hard working people in this community like myself. she couldn't even show some respect like say "we are unable to delivering your area" Why present herself like "THE PROJECTS". to me this is B.S discrimination. I even order online and paid for it. She did not even gave me a chance to come to an agreement and cancelled my order without my consent. People if you live here or agree please share this post I would be greatful.

    Beatrice needs some training!
The store manager is doing a great job on customer service, however please get her some training before you lose customers.

she had no clue where to find the information on a complimentary pizza that had been applied after my order was not done right. she put it off for two days until the store manager returned and it took him less than 30 seconds to figure out why she wasn't aware of it. Ignorance or Laziness, who knows, if I was ok with throwing money away I would have let it go. But every dollar of mine is hard earned, I will not concede and walk away. Thanks to Jay, he didn't lose a customer, I will still order dominoes for my boys if they want.

this is over a 4-5 year period ordering almost every Thursday night approximately 200 + orders
its pizza and movie night with my 2 young boys. supposed to be fun
food poisoning TWICE!! called there (didn't care).
wrong pizza 10 + times called (don't care)
with the wrong pizza it takes them longer 45 minutes to bring the replacement!! time elapsed 1 1/2 + hours
wrong salad or no salad 10-15 times called (don't care)
same thing 1 1/2 hours to bring the salad
incomplete orders ( no drinks, no salad, croutons, dressing, 1 of 2 pizzas wrong )40-50 times called (don't care)
I have talked to JAY the manager definitely does not give a #%$@ about the customers. the best part though the Dominoes app says "WE hope you are enjoying your food" food doesn't show up for another 10-12 minutes. And yes I am a total IDIOT for letting it go this far. my boys like dominoes, I didn't want to disappoint them. OH well off to pizza hut and Papa johns.

Terrible, their pizza tracker always says the pizza is delivered 15-20 minutes before it actually gets delivered. Yesterday it took an extra 45 minutes after the pizza was "delivered" for it to actually show up (almost two hours after it was ordered). My wife called the store multiple times asking what was the issue and twice the manager hung up on her. We like Domino's pizza, but probably never ordering again based on the terrible experience we have had multiple times.
