The owners make the diners feel like family for the duration of the meal, intelligently answering questions about their personal take on the cuisine which they have created as a labor of love. Each dish is prepared as a visual treat, as well as a delectable combination of tastes. I recently visited from the Seattle area and this was the highlight of a wonderful week. Everything we ate was phenomenal: the homemade chips and salsa, the Carne Asada -- so fresh and tender -- unbelievable, the shrimp and cheese pupusa, and the grilled shrimp entree. Have never had such delicious guacamole in my life. A definite hit.June 07, 2016
