  I told them I wanted chick on the side of my salad. When I got my order you could see they made a mistake and picked it out. There was NO ice and we was not even informed when we ordered drinks, and there was no sign on machine. They shut down a portion of dining area to be cleaned and I guess the person cleaning had to do that and run cash register. What a mess it was. Topping bar was gross and bare. I called to complain and wanted to talk to a manager and 2 months later NO PHONE CALL. I am done eating at that location.

  The service at this particular location is always terrific. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Salsa bar is kept well stocked.
