    You know when your in the airport you're pretty much held hostage? Well let me tell you about Engine Co. No. 28 in the United terminal @ LAX. I ordered the "Dead Hippie" which is about a 7" tall burger w/ poached egg and some locally grown avocados, greens on a brioche bun. You order it grilled to your liking and it comes out perfect. Ask for Carlos if you want great service. More food than you can eat and I didn't even have lunch. If you are @ LAX and looking for good food then make your way to Engine Co. No. 28
