  Unfortunately I used to work here and let me tell you this place is unsanitary they never clean the kitchen right, always a halfway cleaned up at the end of the day not to mention the crevices were always full of specs of all kinds of food. If you see a Samoan guy in the kitchen he is one dirty man I remember he would drop patties on the floor and thrown them back in the grill saying the heat will kill the bacteria. I'm being as honest as a man could be this place is filthy in the kitchen the cleanest thing on the menu I'd get is the Flatbreads. Go to skewers if possible or just eat before getting to the terminal.

  I ordered off the breakfast menu, Blueberry buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup and whipped creme fraiche. The blueberries were not fresh, the pancakes were a little flat, and it came with two frozen squares of butter, wrapped individually with usual factory wrapping. Pancake eaters know that frozen butter does not spread, but rips the pancakes if you try. I asked about the creme fraiche, and they looked at me like I made it up. The manager looked at the menu, the server said "oh, that's by request", which is not accurate, as it is listed as part of the pancakes. After basically having a staff meeting about my request, the server came with a side of sour cream! I was greeted at the host stand, given a seat, the server was an order taker, and the manager did their regulatory pass by the tables. All in all, it was blah.

  Way over priced. Food is atrocious. Out of half the menu item. Typical for LAX though.

  Most of the way through the meal, I was actually quite impressed. The Shrimp Po Boy and fries I had was actually quite good and we ordered two sets of Taquitos they were so good. Alas, the "warm chocolate cookie" was rock hard and apparently microwaved to hot and the overall bill was much higher than I'd like.
