  Great location. Try outdoor patio in good weather especially for lunch as dinner is really expensive. Great drinks & happy hour specials. $9 parking on top of expensive dinner! If just in it for seafood could try the Reel Inn just up PCH for great seafood and better prices but no view

  Service was good, the food wasn't. I ordered my burger medium-rare and my friend ordered it medium-well, both burgers were cooked exactly the same. The bread wasn't moist at all, and was very flaky for a hamburger bun. They piled on so much arugula you could barely taste anything else. The chips were quite good as was cole slaw. Definitely overpriced for what you get... I suppose you are just paying for the view.

  Horrible horrible food. This place is going to close very soon. Waiters stand around doing nothing. It was just overall really bad. Oh and the bill was outrageous for the low quality. You will never see a cent of mine again and im sure im not alone....Richard Riordan owns this place and it's being shutdown by CA. This is why you get crap food and service. Look it up. Just stay away and let it die faster.
