The chips are the Graciana Tortilla Factory Tortilla Chips that sell for $3.14 for a 1lb. bag--not a bad price if you have looked what chips of any kind are at Ralph's or Vons.
The first time I visited they had a special chip they were selling for a buck a bag that was the freshest homemade-tasting tortilla chip I have ever put in my mouth. Unfortunately for me and the rest of the world, they have not made this product a regular item. It's the chip you can eat all by itself. I'm afraid if I dipped it into a good pico de gallo, I'd never stop.
Oh--and the folks are very nice there.
