- 1 / 5By Mike ScottoWorst experience ever and we love Gyu Gaku. Was told 15 minute wait but actually took an hour. When we finally got seated, we waited 10 more minutes to get drinks! After we ordered, the rice came out burned and none of the food was seasoned or marinated like it usually is. The garlic shrimp was bland and our grill stopped working in the middle of cooking three times. No one comp'd us anything or apologized for the problems we had or the wait we endured. If this was the first time I had eaten here I would definitely not be back. So disappointed. We still spend 100 bucks after all that for two people.December 25, 2016
