  The hotel was very nice overall. The room that we stayed in needed a little work - maybe a fresh coat of paint or some new grout in the bathroom- but they were actively working on other rooms so I think they are addressing that. The property is beautiful, even though it's not in the best neighborhood. It is, however, about a block from the Metro so you can get anywhere in town within minutes. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

  The worst experience ever. I will never stay there again. You would think with the power outage they had they would've been a little more understanding with the customer service. But it was the exact opposite. I had to ask TWICE for flashlights. Even though thinking about safety they should've came around and made sure all the customers were safe and okay. Then at check out 11am, they were knocking on your door at 11:03am asking if you needed to have "late checkout". The women staff at the desk were horrible.

  It's was one of the most amazing trip ever I have in my life. The hotel is located almost in the middle of the famous places where the visitors shall stop by. Generally, I loved my stay over there however the hotel need to perform a massive renovation and upgrade. The TV channels did not have any Arabic channel although this language is one of the well known languages so it's better to have some to get the Arab ppl attraction. One more thing, it's common in USA to not have a another flushing however the Arab people like to have such system to ensure the full cleanses and more comfortable, you can refer to Dubai hotels where it describes our point.
