  THis hidden IHOP is not a diamond in the rough but is clean, tidy and staff are nice. It still suffers from the normal HIGH prices that have come to be known at IHOP. As a frequenter I have also started to feel the food quality has gone down and 100% say that Denny's new pancakes blow IHOPS away. If you are searching for pancakes go to Denny's. If you want a cleaner more explensive experience with a lot less drunk people go here. You won't be sad if you like IHOP.

  De-institutionalized quality of taste & image: omelettes/potatoes & pancakes (excessive grease/oil in careless preparation). Maybe due to bad Management or Cook. Table cutlery was dirty, although waitress and reception were gracious. Why does one IHOP quality vary so much from another, which is three miles away?
