  Nice place. Our waiter was friendly and fast. It seemed like a newer restaurant and they had parking. The food was good but the prices for breakfast were a little more than average. Better than the typical IHOP.

  After visiting for breakfast we were pleasantly surprised.
  
  Service was prompt and attentive (and friendly), food was good (although too much strawberry syrup on one stack), and the decor was pleasant (for a diner).
  
  Our daughter appreciated the crayons, and the smiley face on her pancake.
  
  There's also a reasonable amount of parking out the back.
  
  If you're after pancakes, you can't go wrong!

  Usually love coming to this IHOP but today we got served by Gloria. If you want service with an attitude come. Towards the end she started being friendly. But the service was absolutely terrible today
