- 3 / 5By Shari SusichThe Burgers were amazing! We had to ask for fresh fries, ours came cold, hard and burned. We had to ask our waitress to refill our waters repeatedly and to refill our fries. She never offered on her own, she was pretty unattentive. We ordered the Kona Pie and she informed us that it came with whipped cream, not ice cream. I asked if the Kona Pie was ice cream pie and she replied, no it was something like ice cream. I looked at the menu and read to her that it was an ice cream pie and she shrugged her shoulders. The pie was GREAT, not a bite left! Our server really needs more training and should be more attentive to her customers. Food was good (except the baskets of old fries ) but the service was not!September 24, 2016
