  Everything about this Jack in the Box is just bad news! I had a coupon for a complimentary meal from Jack in the Box Corporate Office. The drive through attendant didn't know what it was. I told her to read it and she gave me a weird look. Then she called the manager and the manager advised me that they don't honor that type of coupon. I explained that corporate mailed it to me. The manager said that Jack in the Box Corporate has nothing to do with the restaurant and they can't do that. I called the corporate office the next day and the person I spoke with sounded really concerned. He called me back later and told me to use the coupon on my next visit. If they won't accept it to call the corporate office and ask for him. He said that they were going to have the manager attend training classes and also require that the employees attend training classes. He was very apologetic and he mailed me another two coupons for complimentary meals!
