  This place was better than I thought it would be being on Venice beach. I thought it was just a typical storefront but what was nice was that they have separate private outdoor seating area with glass doors so you can get off the sidewalk for a quieter lunch which was great because we could sit down in peace with our dog and eat. The people working there were really friendly and the food was good! The sausage was good and so were the fries.

  Jody Maroni's is an institution. Delicious, and their one of a kind sausages..! Throughout the years whenever I was in Venice Beach, the unquestioned place to grab something to eat was JM. The chicken apple sausage has always been my favorite, sweet, juicy and love that snap with every bite. It's sad to see all their locations save for Cabazon (where I eat sometimes too, we have a place in Palm Springs) have closed. Many imitators have popped up since my first bite but, this is the original baby!
