  Been going there for years but today it just wasn't as tasty or fresh. BBQ pork noodle was not hot and shrimp dumpling and potsticker skins a little chewy. Went there at noon so they should've had fresh stuff out... It's still worth a trip if you are in the area and craving Marie Callender's.

  So me and my girlfriend came here for our New Year's first dinner. The atmosphere was nice and cozy everything seemed just right where we were placed to eat it was perfect until our waiter abandon us when we made a trip to the restroom. When we return back to our tables we had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get served. Our waiter was an older Caucasian male with blondish hair. So let you tell me about this guy when he served our drinks he spilled the cranberry juice on the table and did not clean up after his mess that he made.I had to get up and get a paper towel and wipe it up myself and his attitude was not pleasant either he seemed to make jokes around with other people who he serve food to but with he was very plain when talking to us. So I ask another waiter if we can switch and I told him about our bad experience so far but the waiter that I asked made it a bit better he says sorry for the inconvenience would you like a free slice of pie so I did not drop down that offer. That made the night much better. Thank you.

  Although as a family of 4 we could eat just about anywhere in West LA but Marie Callender's is our go to spot more often than not. It's comfortable, the food is good and always consistent and best of all what sets it apart is the service is always REALLY good. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating and the staff really works and gels together and it shows. Our kids get the burgers off the kids menu and they are bigger than most standard burgers at other sit down restaurants. The fries are great and their meals come with drinks and cookies. They're happy which makes my dinner much more enjoyable!!! Try it out. Tell them Mugsy sent you!!!
