  Favorite spot for our group of friends and the place for many of our birthdays! Pizza is delicious, but give it about an hour to cook. You can bring your own bottle(s) of wine and they will charge a corking fee for the third one. They will not seat your party until everyone is there so make sure everyone is punctual!

  If i had no self control i'd probably eat this non-stop. get a medium or large pizza and slowly consume it over 3 days. DELICIOUS! Plus this is a real staple in the neighbourhood, wonderful staff and service and a very homey, warm, comfortable atmosphere.

  One thing i remember and love and miss from Chicago is the real deal deep dish pizza. They are doing a great job of it. A single 'piece' of sausage that covers the whole pizza and crushed tomatoes as sauce. And as the name may have hinted, there is corn meal in the dough. When i snagged my to go box (don't even try to eat and drive with this), the box was foil lined on the bottom and around to the top that was touching the thick pizza. And it was not a light wisp of a pizza.

  I actually luv this place but was asked to leave. I was told that it is a health code violation for me to order that beloved chi town pizza for take out then decide to sit down and eat in. If there is no such code then it was discrimination. If it is such a code they deserve a 5 but if it was a lie i should call a lawyer cuz they asked us to leave and that was the stated reason so a person better order "dine in", CUZ you'll be asked to leave if you order take out" and change your mind. And they are rude in enforcing this alleged health code. 30 dollars for one pizza which is delicious then they said get out. They wouldn't allow me to change the order to dine in. What kind of $(* is that.
