I was disappointed to learn my pineapple tamales were not complete and my order was partial. Most disappointing was that I was told I just needed to refrigerate and warm up. I took my tamale Hoya out and warmed up my tamales. The beef were fine but there was something very strange about the chicken and cheese. The masa did not seem to cook and was raw and soggy. It was terrible. I had never seen anything like this. It was quite disappointing. Fortunately, I made posole as well and we ate posole for dinner and the beef tamales. I hope this place will contact me and explain what happened. The tamales are delicious and this was the first time I'd ever experienced this before.October 14, 2016
