  I prefer fun dining to fine dining and that's what Philippe offers. Not that the food is at all lacking but it isn't what sets the place apart. It's the history and decor and the fun (and slightly confusing) ordering system that's the attraction for me.

  The martini is the usual drink of choice here, which my friend enjoyed. But my drink was on the rocks, poured with elan and perfect. We had just stopped for a drink and loved the atmosphere.

  Dining at n/naka, you know from the first bite that you're in the presence of an artist.
  She takes you and your palate on a fantastic journey. Each course is planned to please in its own particular way. I highly recommend it, particularly for special occasions with that special person. It's pricey, but oh, so worth it.
