    The drink service counters were dirty. The line was 12 deep and there was only one register open.

    The handful of times that I've been here something has gone wrong with my order, either they forget something or they don't have it available. I wanted to get a strawberry banana smoothie but they were out of yogurt, not to mention that to actually place my order it took me about 10 minutes, there was only one cashier. Definitely would just recommend going to the one in Northridge on nordhoff, much better service.

    Clean place, haven't had any issues with my food....plennnnnty of seating....since it's still new it's not overly crowded and the staff works really hard to keep a smile on your face.
