  Been waiting for close to an hour for just a medium pizza carry out. Bet it's all cold by now. Doubt the heating rack that it sits under will keep it hot for 40 minutes.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
  I ordered a pepperoni pizza at exactly 8:36pm. It was promised at 9:15pm and my order was 20 minutes late. I called the store to express my concerns and the person who answered the phone by the name of Magaly was so rude after I told her my I wanted to speak to the Manager she was still asking "but why?". When I finally spoke to the manager (mind you I was placed on a 10 minute hold) she immediately said well your not getting anything for free, nothing is free and more gibberish which her name was Samantha. They were just so rude! I still didn't get anything. Just don't order from this pizza hut unless you want to be treated like sh*t.

  I ordered a pepperoni pizza yesterday during my lunch break for pick-up. It was ready within 15mins. Great service, the girl who helped me was very customer-service oriented and gave me free dipping sauce because I had ordered ranch with it and they had run out. I only eat pizza with ranch sauce but the blue cheese she gave me was pretty good too. I NEVER really order Pizza Hut but I will definitely be ordering again since I love the fact you receive grated cheese and pepper with your order.
