  Well I call places on my was home a lot, mostly dominos and recently papa jons and usually call 15-20 min ahead to get it piping hot for pick up, the line was busy and by the time the answered I was dealing with trying to get around their delivery cars blocking the way...
  
  Already annoying, I just wanted one medium and wanted to try the stuff crust, only applicable in a large pizza, with only the pizza with cheese being stuff crust it's basically $18, now I'm use to paying getting two large two topping pizzas with delivery for about that much, but now I have to pay $1.25 per topping, I'm a business guy I get sometimes you charge more when you bring more value so I asked the guy who answered my phone call, who had me on hold, and apparently the only guy behind the register, "you guys charge a deal more than the competitors in the area, what are you doing differently to justify the cost?" He didn't know, so I asked him "so for all I know this is the same pizza I'd get anywhere else?" He didn't know how to respond but basically said yeah...
  
  So here I am waiting twenty minutes as I'm prepared to give the pizza the opportunity to speak for itself, but with the understaffed phone and counter help, and the one girl I see actually making pizza, and the lack a customer service training, I have to admit I feel like I made a bad call... I don't blame the register guy, that girl looks like she's working hard, and the drivers don't seem to have any concern about their parking, I'm very disappointed with the management.... over worked, no regulation, I don't predict coming back here basically because I don't want to support a business that takes so little care of its people, but let's see if the pizza changing my mind a bit....
