  We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We checked in early and Joyner one of the staff was very helpful and even upgraded us since I was not feeling well that time. Parking was not a problem . This will always be our second home whenever we visit L A! Thanks so much!

  Perfectly nice airport hotel, with more style than many others. For some of the low rates I've seen here, it's a solid deal. That being said it's clearly an older property to which they've added a few stylish furnishings. Don't spend the crazy amount needed in Marriott Rewards points though for a night here, that is a terrible value.
  
  Rooms are pretty average with popcorn ceilings and your typical corner chair and scuffs all around the lower walls. The TV is HUGE and a great high res newer model. Shower is so-so, it does the trick.
  
  The fitness center is a little small but functional. The outdoor pool and hot tub is really nice to soak in at night.
  
  Airport shuttle service is frequent even though it's unscheduled. I saw at least 3 running at the same time. This property is even walkable to LAX of you aren't in a hurry and want some steps.

  On our first morning, the water in our room was cold and caused us delay in departing for our day in Los Angeles as well as showers that were not very comfortable. This is not typical of the excellence I have experienced with Marriott properties in the past. The water temperature on the second day was much improved.
  
  Additionally, there was serious confusion at the front entrance. The purported valet service would not allow for a quick vehicle stop to check in or drop off a few items without insisting on holding the car keys. The explanation was that the keys were needed for "emergencies." I have never seen a hotel where this was a "policy" and I found it very unusual and unsettling. Also the staff at the front entrance were not distinctly identified as employees of the hotel - there was only a small metal name tag pinned to their shirt or jacket. Anyone who wanted to steal a car could have worn what they were wearing. To further exacerbate the situation, staff at the front desk said that we did not need to leave the keys with the people at the front entrance one day and the next they said that we did. I recommend that you make a clear policy to allow quick stops at the front entrance and make sure that staff at the front are clearly identified, such as use of a uniform, as hotel employees.
  
  On the plus side it was close to LAX and the shuttle was convenient.

  Great service, amenities and water pressure. Comfy bed. Convienent location. Be aware that parking fee is 1/3 of the cost of the room itself.
