  The food was good, if not a bit pricy for something as simple as burgers, but the service could use work. The waitress spent a lot of time chatting with the people in the kitchen. I waited a while in between visits.

  Good food but pricey. Its usually a hit or miss. Anything with avocado just avoid, the avocado tends to be on the brown blackish side. But their other foods like the burgers and fries are pretty good. Its better to eat there than take it to go. Their food is meant to be eaten on the spot. Food taste bad when it sits for a bit.

  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a diner. All I asked for was OJ and French toast because of their ridiculous prices, but no, they gave me OJ and the worst piece of toast I have ever tasted in my life. I couldn't even eat the whole thing because the taste was so grotesque; this is coming from someone who would eat LAUSD breakfast food. Anyways, save your money and go to a place that actually has good customer service and food. What do I suggest? How about the Denny's that's just a few blocks down. Trust me, it'll be worth it unlike Ruby's French toast.

  Nice host, just make sure you check your order because the cook and the computer might not be synced when the order is placed in the front.
