- 5 / 5By Jared MorganSimple and delicious. Sometimes you just want the place to be good at one or two things, and when it comes to shabu they've got it down. Feels like a great little Japanese establishment. Seating is limited because of this, though. Great portions, sauces are delicious, meat is prefect every time. Refills on rice and sauces when you need more. Owner loves little kids, and he loves talking about wyoming. Great guy.August 10, 2016
