  Shredded Taco catered a private party for my birthday last week and could not have been more happy with them. Kim the owner went out of her way to make it work even though they were booked up. The server was friendly and outgoing. Staying longer than agreement just to keep the stragglers who came late happy and fed. The food was great. They even packed up the leftovers for us! Which made for very happy people a few hours later. I would highly recommend Shredded Taco.
