  Your classic family Italian restaurant. A San Pedro staple for decades.
  
  I came here recently with 3 couples + one baby. I ordered the beef dip sandwich. It was huge! I could barely eat half. The other served as a nice lunch the next day. Everyone enjoyed their meal. On previous visits I've ordered various pasta dishes and have always been more than satisfied.
  
  Sorrento's has a sit down restaurant on one side, and a take out counter on the other side. I've ordered many turkey and ham and cheese sandwiches from the take out side. Lots of different drinks and chips get with your sandwich.
  
  The service is always great and the prices are reasonable.

  Italian food for particular palates. Flavorless meatballs, burnt bread, mushy noodles and sweetened pasta sauce was the eggplant parmisan, the green salad was perfect and it all compromised a meal that cost almost $20. Others rave about the food here but my return after a 7 yr absence reminded me why I patronize Buono's, Niko's and Big Nicks. Bon appetite!
