  Greeter was nice and professional
  Girl at "To-Go" cashier was unaware I existed once I got her attention she seemed confused so I asked her if I was in the correct place to order to-go, she seemed bothered to have to answer the question and so did the man on the to-go register next to her, I ordered a Medium Spanish Latte and a Chocolate Chip cookie. Received my cookie and 25 minutes later a SMALL Spanish latte. I had to get back to work so no time to ask for the correct size. Had my latte on the drive back. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. The service though, was poor.

  I've been to Urth Caffé twice now, and seriously, they are so underwhelming. Why are they so popular? I have been unimpressed with the food and service both times. They are just in such a rush and in the process come off as curt and rude. They always seem to forget something with my order. This time, they didn't give me my whole order and couldn't figure out what else I had. The food itself is good, but not in any way remarkable. SO OVERPRICED. Meager portions, unimpressive quality. The cafe mocha granita was quite good, I'll give them that. Does everyone just come here to sip the coffee? They do advertise and tout all over the restaurant how wonderful and amazing their coffee beans are, with only "seven farms providing the quality" that meets their "strict standards". *Rolls Eyes* Very hipster restaurant = overpriced and underwhelming.

  The desserts are very good. Earl Grey cheesecake is not too sweet. It's a very popular place for people to hang out too. They will run out of desserts if you come too late.
