  Been coming here well before my feeble attempts at becoming a vegan. Well before cutting meat out of my diet, I've always loved coming here. The owner always is there, and always recommends something from the menu. This place is one of the few true vegan places and I cannot get enough. A little expensive, but well worth it! Their rolls are delightful. If I"m ever even remotely close to this place, I do a surprise order for the wife as this place never disappoints!

  In an unassuming shopping plaza stands Vinh Loi Tofu. The name, as translated by Google means "Bring Look." Put your glasses on, you are about to see magic. Kevin Tran's unique restaurant is a coolinary wonder. It's unabashed vegan cooking that is well created, prepared and served. Soups, salads, spring rolls and stir-frys are rich and deliciously flavorful. Kevin use soy "meats" as a conventional chef uses animal proteins. Forget everything you think you know about vegan foods. We bring friends here all the time. Their response is always the same, I never knew vegan could taste like this. You can compare Kevin's talents against the very best Vietnamese chefs. Wheelchair accessible including bathroom. Free parking in front and the lot to the North.
