  The food here is decent. Not great. But it is good. Why five stars? Because the reason to go is for the view of the city. AMAZING! (In some ways better than Griffith Observatory). But the interior is insanely beautiful too. If you can get a table by the koi pond, do it.

  This place used to be great. Under new ownership now and they changed the menu, removing most of their best, "signature" items. Drinks tasted bland and watered down. They used to have great food and service with a great view. Now the food is mediocre, and the only reason to go there is for the view. During our last visit, the manager came over to "check in" and introduce himself, then walked away before any of us get a word in.

  The restaurant is beautiful and the views don't get much better than this. I highly recommend going at night.
  
  There's a small Japanese garden outside located in middle of the restaurant, can I live here, please?
  
  The cocktails and food are overall very good. It's not going to be the best sushi and food you've had but it fits the overall quality and ambiance of this restaurant. Enough to earn 4 stars and a recommendation to come here with friends, a date, or hell, go by yourself and you'll still have a relaxing time.

  October 2016: Great staff, amazing food! Especially the spring rolls were delicious!

  March 2017: I had a very chaotic waitress who seemed to had lost our bank card for a moment after not returning it for good 20 minutes. The food was good but nothing so special. The spring rolls and the sushi rolls were very boring compared to last time I've been here.
  Not sure if I'll go to this place again in the near future
