  Great menu, great drinks, friendly and courteous staff. Accounting for the occasional mistake (usually when it's insanely busy), you can generally expect to have a very enjoyable meal at Bossa Nova. Highly recommend.

  I love the food here. I always get the Willy's favorite burrito, the only draw back for me is it is hard to get to. The place is a little expensive but I think it's worth it for the food. It is all really yummy

  My coworkers and I order here a lot and every time there's a problem. We never wrote a review before but, it's definitely needed. Last visit my friend found hair in her food which wasn't hers, of course. She called the restaurant immediately and spoke with the Manager "Daisy" who in her own words tried to deny the hair coming from her establishment. Keep in mind the hair was deep inside of the dish which contained a creamy sauce as the base. SO NOT OK. She didn't even apologize or try and refund her the money for that disaster. Today we all ordered and ended up waiting almost 2hrs for food. No one had the decency to call us and give a heads up. We tried calling the manager and we were kept on hold forever to the point where we gave up and hung up. Our food arrived very cold we had to microwave it. Unacceptable especially after how much they charge and I STILL TIPPED the guy! I think today will be the last day we order from here. And I've been coming here for a few years now.
