  According to my coworker this is the origina Katsu-ya. We came both time for lunch and both times I was satisfied with their food. We get the SAUTÉED GARLIC ALBACORE SASHIMI, CRISPY RICE W/SPICY TUNA, CREAMY POPCORN SHRIMP TEMPURA and CRAB STUFFED SEARED TUNA SASHIMI. I really enjoy the sauteed garlic albacore sashimi. The sauce and crispiness is a nice combination. Also their well known crispy rice w/ spicy tuna does not let you down. They don't have a large seating but both time when I came for lunch I never had to wait for a table. I park in the street since they valet. Their staff were attentive and since it's a small restaurant we didn't have a hard time flagging our server.

  Best sushi ever!!! I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. I definitely suggest ordering the garlic albacore sashimi (ask for extra sauce) it melts in your mouth. This is literally the best sushi, and they treat treat you very good, not like other places I won't name *cough Sugarfish cough*. This is THE go to place in the valley. Great ambiance, friendly staff and most importantly the best sushi outside of Japan!!
