  Was contacted by Sam in regards to my request to host my boyfriend's 30th birthday party there. Later, I find out from the owner that Sam is just the person who answers the phone and emails and the owner arranges everything. My party of 25 people was packed into a space big enough for 14 people at most with two different tables that were separated from each other. The owner told me he had a lot of parties and he was over booked and had to fit big parties in small areas. I could not sympathize as it was not my responsibility to not overbook and I had contacted them over a month ago and they said they could arrange for the 25 people in my party.
  
  The food was good but the space issue was a big deal. He also would not let my display cake sit out due to code which doesn't allow a cake with candles to sit out for more than 10 min. It was a display cake and I had no problem with only putting the candles in right before he was going to blow them out. But he did not give me that option until I pushed further.
  
  In order to get what you want, you have to push for it. We eventually managed to snag a table from the first come first serve area which he didn't tell us about and we were able to use another reserved table as their reservation wasn't arriving until much later in the night (which he didn't tell us about until later either).
  
  He seems to be rather inexperienced when it comes to large reservations. This is not a place to host a birthday party or dinner for that matter.
